 It is very unlikely that your gem or charm will come off within the first month however, all our gems have a guarantee of 30 days. If your gem falls off within the guarantee, we will replace it for free with the same size/shape/color and in the same placement as the original gem (up to 1 replacement). Gold charms that fall off before the first month can be reapplied if all adhesive is off the surface of your tooth. If the charm is lost it can be repurchased at a discounted rate.
