POLICIES

We understand that unanticipated events may happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our efforts to be fair and effective to all of our clients, we will apply the following to all clients, returning and new.

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.  This will enable us to schedule another person in that appointment slot. 

• Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied and must be paid at your next appointment.
   
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a $25 no-show fee will be charged and must be paid at your next scheduled appointment.
   
• Groupon Voucher Appointments: For appointments made using a Groupon voucher, a no-show will result in the voucher being redeemed. The promotional value and the amount paid will expire, and the voucher cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

We operate in a time-sensitive environment, and late arrivals can only receive the remaining time of their scheduled session.

• Single Client Appointments: If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled time, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
   
• Two-Person Appointments: If either person in a two-person appointment arrives 5 minutes or more late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
