POLICIES

We understand that unanticipated events may happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our efforts to be fair and effective to all of our clients, we will apply the following to all clients, returning and new.

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.  This will enable us to schedule another person in that appointment slot. 

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows (failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment) will result in a $50 no-show fee.

• This policy applies to all appointments, including those booked using Groupon vouchers.

A valid credit card is required at the time of online booking to hold your appointment. Cards are stored securely and are only charged if this cancellation or no-show policy is violated. No charges are made otherwise.

• Appointments cannot be accommodated if you arrive 10 minutes or more late and will be treated as a late cancellation; the $50 fee will apply.
