LATE & CANCELLATION POLICIES

We understand that unanticipated events may happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our efforts to be fair and effective to all of our clients, we will apply the following to all clients, returning and new.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to our clients and our staff, we thank you for being prompt and on-time. 

As we are a very time sensitive business, late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in their scheduled session. 

*Any single client who shows up 10 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule their current appointment.

*Any 2 person appointment who shows up 5 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule their current appointment.


Cancellations

We do understand that situations arise and you may need to cancel your appointment. As we do not charge for cancellations, we do recommend it is requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will enable us to schedule another person in that appointment slot.

Here at Sudden Gleam, we schedule our appointments in a timely manner. We allow more than enough time with each client to give them the time and attention they deserve.
