We understand that unanticipated events may happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our efforts to be fair and effective to all of our clients, we will apply the following to all clients, returning and new.

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.  This will enable us to schedule another person in that appointment slot. 

• If canceling/rescheduling within the 24 hour window of your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be required to be paid at your next scheduled appointment.

Any client who fails to show up to their appointment without notice will be considered a no show.

• No shows will be responsible for paying a $25 no show fee at  their next scheduled appointment.

For vouchers booked through Groupon, no shows will be redeemed and the deal’s promotional value and amount paid will expire. Redeemed vouchers due to no showing your appointment may not be refunded or rescheduled.

As a courtesy to our clients and our staff, we thank you for being prompt and on-time. 

We are a very time sensitive business; late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in their scheduled session. 

• Any single client who shows up 10 minutes late or more will be asked to reschedule their current appointment.
• Any 2 person appointment who shows up 5 minutes late or more will be asked to reschedule their current appointment.

Here at Sudden Gleam, we schedule our appointments in a timely manner. We allow more than enough time with each client to give them the time and attention they deserve.
